Pre-Shoot Staging

Preparing your property to look its best before the photoshoot. Although not a full re-staging this includes arranging furniture, decluttering, adding decorative touches, and ensuring the space looks clean and inviting. The goal is to create a visually appealing environment that highlights the property’s features, making it more attractive to potential buyers and ensuring the photos capture the space in its best light.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free if notice is giving at least 24 hours before the shoot. If the cancellation is the same day then there is a $50 fee, this goes up to $75 if I am not informed until I am on site.

Do you offer property staging or digital staging?

Yes, we offer digital staging and a 30-60 minute pre-shoot staging for an additional fee. Please keep in mind this does not include any large furniture or larger items. Pre-shoot staging includes an accenting items to elevate a space that already has the primary furniture. For example, throw blankets, pillows, plants, cookbooks and fresh fruit for the kitchen etc.

Do you offer video or drone photos?

I offer a short walkthrough video for $100, please keep in mind this is a basic video filmed on a Leica 360 1-inch sensor.

Yes, I offer drone photos of the property for an additional fee.

What things should I do before you arrive on site?

Please make sure all the lights are on and no lights are burnt out, especially exterior lights. Having the property as shoot ready as possible, for example, raised blinds, clean windows and general clutter cleared such as, dirty dishes, personal items removed from the bathroom and emptying trash cans.

How long after a shoot until I receive my images?

Turn around time is 24-48 hours, however, I do offer a rush order for same day delivery (when possible) for an additional $50 fee.
